Abstract:
    A reaction type coloring and flaw detection remover using for defect detection on work piece surface, such as minute crack. Its component and weight percentage is material component wt%, metamorphic ethanol 46-82, carbonic acid malonic ethanol 10-40, hydrogenation dodecanol ether 8-14. It and remover matched with reaction type coloring and flaw detection penetrant (in another application) can commendably clean the excrescent reaction type coloring and flaw detection penetrant on work piece surface. It dissolves with the penetrant at proportion to avoid the over cleaning phenomena. It removes the redundant penetrant on the work piece surface and availability conserve the penetrant had already entered into the crack.
