Abstract:
    The present invention relates to polymer blend forming apparatus, belongs to the field of polymer material mixing and forming technology, and is especially one automatic cleaner for banbury mixer. The feeding mechanism of the banbury mixer is provided with at least two inclined holes and straight holes for blowing the residual stuffing in the feeding port and top plug into the mixing chamber; and one air compressor is fitted near the banbury mixer and connected through hose, electromagnetic exchange valve and unions to the holes to constitute one pressurized air flow mechanism. The present invention can reach the aims of high production efficiency, high quality and low power consumption.
