Abstract:
    The present invention is one kind of linear ultrasonic bottle cleaning machine used for medicine and food producing industry. The linear ultrasonic bottle cleaning machine includes an ultrasonic bottle cleaning assembly, a high pressure rinsing assembly, a bottle discharging assembly, a electric control cabinet and a frame. The high pressure rinsing assembly consists of ring conveying belt, bottle clamping manipulators on two sides of the conveying belt and nozzle devices; the ultrasonic bottle cleaning assembly is set on one end of the conveying belt; a bottle lifting device is connected to the bottle clamping manipulator below the conveying belt; and the bottle discharging assembly is set on the other end of the conveying belt and connected to the bottle clamping manipulator in the lower part of the conveying belt. The linear ultrasonic bottle cleaning machine cleans the bottles through ultrasonic cleaning and alternate high pressure water and air rinsing.
