Abstract:
    The present invention is method for cleaning electrolyte in the bottom of residual electrolysis anode. The cleaning plant includes a residual anode conveying catenary chain bogie, a No. 1 electrolyte cleaning unit, a front approach switch, a bogie stopper, a No. 2 electrolyte cleaning unit, a back approach switch, a cleaning PLC controller, a No. 1 cleaning frequency variator and a No. 2 cleaning frequency variator. The cleaning process includes the following steps: inducing, signal transmission, confirming, transmitting command and cleaning. The present invention has high electrolyte cleaning effect, effective raising of anode quality, lowering of the ash and sodium content in anode, capacity of raising the antioxidant capacity of anode and capacity of prolonging the service life of anode.
