Abstract:
    A cleaning method for cabins of marine production equipment comprises injecting production water separated from the marine floating production treatment equipment to the production water cabin, brims the floating oil after short time natural deposit, until the oil content less than 100ppm. Pouring the above cabin cleaning media to the storage cabin for heating till the preset temperature, idles the cabin, and delivering the water in the cabin for washing. It eliminates the generation and accumulation of electrostatic charge, reduces inflammable and explosive gases and washing period, improves the application rate of the cabins, improving the crude oil quality.
