Abstract:
    The device for eliminating drillings from circuit board includes several independent pneumatic cutters with air nozzle connected to compression air source, several inductors for controlling one pneumatic cutter, and one control system to open different pneumatic cutters to blow out compressed air based on the inductor trigger. The process of eliminating drillings from circuit board includes the following steps: conveying one circuit board, inducing the circuit board with the inductors, opening corresponding pneumatic cutters and lowering the pneumatic cutters over the circuit board, and eliminating drillings from the holes with the moving forward of the circuit board. The present invention has low consumption of compressed air, saving in power consumption and no damage to the circuit board.
