Abstract:
    A direct opening barrel washing devices aims to provide a mechanical cleaning method to improve production efficiency and reduce the intensity of labor. One end of the main frame has inner wall brushing trailer, the other end barrel rotary device, with inner wall washing device on the inner wall washing trailer. The inner wall washing trailer comprises brackets with moving shaft with both ends connecting with moving wheels that equipped on the main frame and inner wall washing driving and reversing motor. Inner wall driving and reversing motor is fixed on the bracket and connecting with rack drive mechanism of the gear on the bracket. It washes the old barrel in mechanical way, reducing the intensity of labor, improving production efficiency, ensuring the washing quality. It can automatically control the cleaning and polishing, beneficial for mass production.
