Abstract:
     The invention relates to a general alternative external member used in ball-grid array packaged detecting sorter, which can independently position the ball grid array package members with different basic plates. Wherein, the lower surfaces of said basic plates are mounted with several fixed welding balls; said general alternative external member at least comprises a containing base with a contact surface and a limiting hole of welding ball; the size of said limit hole is smaller than the size of basic plate of said ball grid array package member, but not smaller than the outset edge of said welding ball; therefore, these welding balls can be limited in said limit hole and it can electrically detect the ball grid array package member with different basic plates, without changing said general alternative external member.
