Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a kind of automatic pick-off unit for sorting machine. Its bracket is mounted on sorting machine, and drive wheel and driven wheel are mounted the same lateral face of mounting face of bracket component via their own shafts. The wheel edge of driving wheel is equipped with a shaft parallel to axial cord of driving wheel. The driving main cylinder rod and driving countercylinder rod are communicated with bearing and are mounted on the same axis connected with the driven wheel. The ends of two cylinder bodies are pivoted with mounting face of components via their own shafts. The axial cord of two cylinder is provided with the included angle and pick-off belt is sheathed with drive wheel and driven wheel. When two cylinders conduct reciprocating motion of extrusion and withdrawal by alternation, they bring drive wheel for turning and tensioning to exert a load supporting face of sorting articles between drive wheel and driven wheel. The drive wheel rotates to bring take-off belt to motion and gets out of sorting articles from sort machine in order to implement automatic sorting. The device effectively reduces the volume of equipment and meets the requirement of high speed automatic sorting machine with low cost and high reliability for automatic take-off.
