Abstract:
    A fault affixing checking meter is provided with the function of discharging waste for checking the mistake signature in the book and magazine bookbinding and the territory of discharging waste. It includes a host machine portion and a light eye, and the light eye portion includes the first light eye and the second light eye, and the host machine portion includes a C P U, a signal amplification and filter circuit, an input flip-flop circuit, an alarm display of the continuous error frequency, a display panel and a keyboard, it is characterized in that : it is equipped with a waste discharge electric circuit, a continuous error stopping electric circuit and a R S 2 3 2 interface circuit which communicates with the P C machine ; and the waste discharge electric circuit and the continuous error stopping electric circuit are formed by the connection between the C P U and the generic light isolated chip and the power amplifier chip, and it transmits the waste discharge signal and the stopping signal to the horseback riding linkage stitching machine ; and the R S 2 3 2 interface circuit is formed by the connection between the generic serial chip and the C P U, and it transmits the data of the C P U to the P C machine. Not only the instrument may display the processing result of the C P U but also it is provided with the functions of automatically waste discharge and stopping checking and the communication with the P C machine, and the practicality is strong.
