| The utility model discloses a multi-vision empty bottle checking robot suitable for detecting the quality and the cleanliness of the transparent or translucent empty bottles on the high speed automatic production assembly line, which judges the qualification of the bottle according to the image characters of the bottle mouth and the bottle based on the digital image processing and the methods of computer intelligent processing, analysis, decision-making. The a multi-vision empty bottle checking robot mainly comprises a box, a production conveying belt running through the box, photoelectric sensors, an industrial grade high definition camera system, a master control computer, and an inferior products eliminating system, wherein, the photoelectric sensors and the industrial grade high definition cameral system are set on the top and lateral sides of the box to capture the images of the bottle mouth and bottle for the master control computer processing and then judging the qualification of the products. The provided detecting method and detecting device have high detecting speed and high precision, therefore, the productivity can be enhanced and the production cost can be reduced. | |||
