Abstract:
    The utility model discloses an automatic faulty item sorting device for fast automatic production lines, comprising an electrical control portion and a mechanical portion. The mechanical portion includes a 3-degree-of-freedom integral conveyer (1) and a mechanical hand (2) which comprises a mechanical arm (21) and a mechanical gripper (23). The mechanical arm (21) is disposed on the 3-degree-of-freedom integral conveyer (1) which can freely move along all X, Y, Z directions. The mechanical gripper (23) is arranged on the lower end of the mechanical arm (21) and on its central position is disposed a camera (22). The electrical control portion is connected to the 2-degree-of-freedom integral conveyer (1) and the mechanical hand (2). The utility model provides a high precision, a low cost, a high versatility and a high portability. The device does not break faulty items, prevents environmental contamination and can be adapted to fit the need of faulty item sorting for different kinds of fast automatic production lines.
