Abstract:
     The invention discloses the technique of sorting quartz gravel and purifying mineral, comprising the following steps: choosing the high purity vein quartz gravel from confounding gravels with naked eye or ultrasonic wave detection technique, bruising, screening, autogenous grinding, calcining, foaming and floating, acid and alkali treatment, ultrasonic cleaning, and getting the quartz sand in which the SiO2 content is more than 99.98%. The quartz sand can meets the requirement of quartz glass and quartz flour, and the method is low cost, high purifying efficiency and light pollution.
