Abstract:
     The combined sunflower seed shelling and peeling machine consists of frame, integrated shelling machines, elevators, peeling machine and sorting machines. It features the peeling machine installed in the upper part of the frame; two integrated shelling machines, including one first shelling machine and a second shelling machine, installed in the upper part of the frame; three elevators, including one material elevator, one back material elevator and one re-sorted material elevator, installed in the sides of the frame; and two sorting machines, including one first sorting machine and one second sorting machine, with material homogenizing device installed in the lower part of the frame. The combined sunflower seed shelling and peeling machine forms one stereo sunflower seed shelling, peeling and sorting production line with high sorting effect, small covered area, low cost and low power consumption.
