Abstract:
    An intelligent grading device for small particle farm product materials includes a feeding hopper, a conveyer belt, a drive roller, an image test device, a separation device, a programmable controller and a computer controller characterizing that the drive roller is connected with the conveyer belt connected with the separation device and a strainer of the belt, the separation device is connected with the programmable controller by the control valve, an image test device is set above the conveyer belt containing two CCD camera heads, the computer controller is connected with the image test device and the programmable controller, which transmits materials to an image test device by a belt then processes the material image information by the computer and makes judgment to control the separation device to divide the material into different levels.
