Said method utilizes computer to make management and utilizes a controller to control operation of every mechanism. The varieties and quantity of cigarettes on the electronic shelf and order of customer are stored in the computer, when som variety of cigarette is in short supply, said variety can be promptly supplemented on said electronic shelf.
