Abstract:
     The invention relates to the gear separator 3D measuring mechanism. The X direction sliding device is set between base board and the measuring sliding board. Bearing base is set on the measuring sliding board, and the inner-hole installs X direction rotating bearing, where the swing axis is installed. The right end of the swing axis is fixed to gage button base, and the left end of the swing axis is fixed to swing frame. The right end of bearing base has '0'location grating length gauge. The testing heat contacts to gage button. One end of back gemel frame and front gemel frame is fixed to swing frame. And the other end is hinged to the small axis in bearing and the rolling axis base. The gage button frame fixed to the rolling axis base. The length gauge is connected to the front gemel frame. The '0' location grating length gauge is connected to the front gemel frame. And the measuring heat is contacted to the gage button. The rolling axis series is installed on rolling axis base, and a measuring gear is installed on it.
