Abstract:
    To provide an agricultural product sorting apparatus rapidly and efficiently circulating carried objects disposed on a circulating route. Given items of agricultural product A placed on a tray (B) carried by a carrying conveyer (2) are measured by a measuring instrument (4), and sorting destination information of the agricultural product (A) defined by a determining device (5) is associated with the proper information of the tray (B) and stored, based on the measured information. The tray (B) placed with the agricultural product (A) thereon is carried out of the carrying conveyer (2), based on the sorting destination information stored in the determination device (5), and transferred to return conveyers (7) disposed to respective sorting regions (c). The agricultural product (A) is taken out of the tray (B) carried by the return conveyer (7) and packed in a box, and the empty tray (B) with the agricultural product (A) taken out therefrom is carried into an empty place corresponding to an address of the carrying conveyer (2) placing the tray (B).
