Abstract:
    The utility model relates to a self-synchronous oscillating sieve with motor not vibrating. It mainly consists of a screen box, a vibrator, an electric machine, and a base. The screen box is set on the base through the spacer spring. The vibrator adopts barrel type vibrator which consists of two or more than two eccentric shafts possessed equal or unequal mass-radius product, or adopts box type vibrator which consists of two or more than two rotary shafts possessed one or a pair or pairs of eccentricity masses, and is installed at a proper place in the screen box. Two or more than two electric machines are installed at the frame beside the screen box. Each electric machine, through the cardan shaft or other flexible connection mode, connects to one eccentric shaft or one rotary shaft on the screen box. The utility model is simple in structure, and its costs are low. It is applied to these departments which need to filtrate and convey material, including petroleum, gas drilling, mineral processing, coal preparation, chemical engineering, medicine, food, non-ferrous metal, transmission, and so on.
