Abstract:
    An open type grain winnower designs a reasonable structure in order to clear the light foreign matter of the grain efficiently. Its structure is as follows: the inner housing fixed on the chassis is equipped with a hopper, a vertical wind channel connected to the material channel in the bottom of the hopper, a sedimentation chamber connected to the vertical wind channel and a blower connected to the sedimentation chamber and equipped in the outside of the housing. The lower part of the blower is equipped with a double cyclone dust collector connected to the blower and fixed on the chassis. Since the vertical wind channel of the grain winnower is used to clear the light foreign matter and the vertical wind channel is open type. The light foreign matter of the grain is inhaled into the sedimentation chamber by the blower in the vertical wind channel, and then it is discharged from the blower. In this way, its efficiency is high and the dust-laden air can realize the standard emission after processed by the double cyclone dust collector.
