Abstract:
An energy saving vibrating sieve is characterized in that: two dual out shafts motors are disposed at both sides of a motor bracket and connected with the it, and both ends of each dual out shafts motor are connected respectively with two vibration exciters, which mutually connect with each other by gimbals, by petal shaft couplings, and each sieve box has four vibration exciters connected with it, and the lower end of the vibration box is connected with a sieve screen, the four corners of the vibration box are connected with secondary vibration isolating bracket and vibration isolating springs. The advantages of the present utility model are as following: motor power is low, so the operation energy consumption is accordingly low, and the self synchronous movement of each of the two sieve boxes in vertical plane can be ensured. The vibration exciters have the same structure thereby availing for generalization and serialization, and, as independent vibration source, are connected with rectangular beams by high strength bolt, thereby being easily assembled and detached and maintained. The vibrating sieve is in favor of the maximization of the sieve machine, and the ratio between the length and the width of the sieve box is approach, and the integral rigidity of a vibrating frame is excellent, and the vibration exciting force for generating required amplitude is supported by eight bearings of the four vibration exciters installed on each sieve box, so that the force status of the sieve is friendly; and the secondary vibration isolating bracket can achieve the large amplitude vibration for sieving the material which is hard to be separated.
