Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a rice bran separation device comprising a shell, a material entrance, a material channel, a baffle, a sedimentation chamber and a rice channel. The material entrance and a bran outlet port are arranged on the upper portion of the shell. The baffle is arranged inside the shell. Between the baffle and the inner wall of the shell is disposed the material channel and the sedimentation chamber, while the rice channel is installed on the lower portion of the shell on which an air regulator and a rice shifter are arranged. A choker with a hand lead is attached to the lower end of the rice channel through a hinge. The utility model has a simple structure, a reasonable design and a small accommodation area. Bran in rice is efficiently reduced and the produced rice gains a higher quality. The bran channel is hardly blocked therefore the device can run for more than 60 days without maintenance, so that the economic benefit is improved.
