Abstract:
     A domestic garbage gradient screening method comprises the steps of : building a united drum screen formed from 40mm screen and 80mm screen with a mounting angle of united drum screen of 4.3 to 6.0 DEG and the ratio of drum rotation speed to drum limit rotation speed of 0.4 to 0.6, by gradient screening, collecting 41% to 47% domestic garbage into the less than 40mm screen to give the compostable garbage with the purity up to more than 97%, which can be processed by biotreatment method; collecting the 18% to 24% into 40mm to 80mm screen to give the compostable garbage with the purity up to70% to 80%, which can be bio-processed and screened, wherein the overscreen materials are screened operated by air to yield plastic with the purity up to more than 80%; and collecting the 20% to 21% into more than 80mm screen to give the plastic with purity up to more than 80% after air screening. By above process, the domestic garbage can be distributed efficiently. In the invention, the domestic garbage can be divided into three parts according to size, and then the resource utilization of domestic garbage can be realized with high screening efficiency.
