Abstract:
    The impact type sieve plate includes one frame comprising connecting board and fixing baffles, several rigid rods inside the frame, and several support boards with circular holes and slots inside the frame. On one side of the frame, there are an inner baffle with through holes corresponding to the rigid rods and an outer detachable baffle. Under the excitation of external force, the rigid rods vibrates to impact the wet material in the sieve to disperse the material for sieving. The impact type sieve plate has powerful vibrating and impacting self cleaning function, high sieving efficiency and high use effect.
