Abstract:
    The present invention relates to antiwear lining plate with embedded hard alloy for industrial crushing, sieving, conveying, storing and transporting apparatus and its making process. The technological scheme includes the following steps: fixing antiwear hard alloy blocks on some support, setting the support with antiwear hard alloy blocks on the casting sand mold and pre-heating, casting liquid metal, naturally cooling, cleaning sand and air cooling, eliminating the support, and surface cleaning to obtain antiwear lining plate with embedded hard alloy. The antiwear lining plate with embedded hard alloy has high impact strength, high wear resistance, high heat resistance, long service life and other advantages, and the technological process is reasonable, novel and low in cost.
