Abstract:
     Disclosed is a method for evaluating the wheat seed drought resisting property during germination period by utilizing the method of hypertonic solution which comprises, conducting moisture forcing treatment to the wheat seeds using polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000), charging the seeds into germination dish, storing in cultivation case, culturing to eighth day and surveying number of germination seeds, taking culture by deionized water for comparison, calculating seed germination percentage and relative germination percentage respectively.
