Abstract:
    The present invention is heat cured water paint of polyvinyl acetate emulsion for cold rolled silicon steel and its preparation process. It is prepared with water thinned polyvinyl acetate emulsion, inorganic solvent and crosslinking agent in the weight ratio of 40-45 to 45-50 to 10-12. The preparation process includes the following steps: preparing water thinned polyvinyl acetate emulsion; preparing inorganic solvent; and mixing water thinned polyvinyl acetate emulsion, inorganic solvent and crosslinking agent. The present invention has the advantages of excellent affinity and compatibility between the inorganic solution and the organic emulsion, excellent filming performance and comprehensive performance, etc.
