Abstract:
    The invention relates to a block method of waterproof casting die of diesel engine of ship, wherein it coats block agent at the leakage part, to block the leakage part by solidifying the block agent; and it comprises: (1) testing water pressure to search the leakage part, locally low-temperature heating to remove the water of leakage part; (2) using washing liquid to wash the leakage part of casting die; (3) dropping or coating block agent into leakage part, to be heated and solidified at low temperature, repeating said process until the block agent will not penetrate again; (4), testing the water pressure, if there is still the leakage, repeating the step (3) until all leakage parts are blocked. The invention can be used in any casting die, without special blocking device.
