Abstract:

The anti-fake line mark includes one film base material with front and back corona surfaces, two laser treated aluminum coatings on these two corona surfaces, lines printed on the front corona surface, micro texts and patterns in the back corona surface and in the positions corresponding to the lines, contact adhesive coated outside the lines, and insulator layer coated outside the micro texts and patterns. The production process includes sorting material, pre-treatment, plating aluminum and press polishing, printing, eliminating aluminum, coating, cutting, packing and other steps.
