Abstract:
    The invention relates to a filming method of surface anti-dirt agent of decorate sheet, which comprises: a, adding nanometer anti-dirt material on the surface of decorate sheet; b, brushing the nanometer anti-dirt material; repeating the steps a and b; d, adding little water or solvent on the surface to clean; e, repeating the steps c and d for several times; adding macromolecule material on the surface of brick; g, brushing the macromolecule material; h, repeating the steps f and g for several times. The invention also discloses a relative device, which comprises a ventilate dust-adsorption system; said ventilate dust-adsorption system has a dustproof tank and several ventilate hoppers; the dustproof tank can contain several brush grinding discs and connected grinding base/axle integration, grinding wheel, and material feeders, to form a grinding space; the ventilate open of ventilate hopper are connected to the upper sealing plate of dustproof tank, to discharge the harmful gas and powder generated inside the grinding space.
