Abstract:
    The object of this invention is to provide a transparent flame-retardant silicone composition curable with light, especially with ultraviolet rays. The flame-retardant silicone composition contains (A) an organopolysiloxane containing no less than two silalkylenesilanol group or hydrolyzable group, or containing monosilaneoxy which contains no less than two hydrolyzable group. (B) an organic silicon compound having methacryloyloxy group and a hydrolyzable group, (C) a condensation catalyst, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) a phosphoric acid ester compound expressed by one of the following general formulas: O=P(OR6)3 general fomular (3) (R6 is a univalent hydrocarbon group) or general formula (4) (R6 is a univalent hydrocarbon group; and Q is a bivalent hydrocarbon group).
