Abstract:
    The present invention relates to method of preventing color change of metal with super thin organic film, and the treating process includes the steps of deoiling, water washing, activating, filming, cleaning and stoving. Compact multilayer self-assembled film is formed on the surface of metal with thiol compounds and long carbon chain surfactant. The present invention has the positive effects of suppressing the invasion of sulfur-containing gas on metal, etc and avoiding color change of metal effectively. The present invention has simple treating process and high industrial use value.
