    The invention discloses a special-purpose epoxide powdery paint for thick coating steel stranded wire and manufacturing process, which is prepared from raw materials of (by weight ratio) epoxy resin base-material 60-65 wt%, curing agent 15-18 wt%, curing accelerant 0.5-1.5 wt%, rubber toughening agent 8-10 wt%, color stuffing 2-10 wt%, levelling agent 2-4 wt% and defoaming agent 0.5-1 wt% through steps of mixing homogeneously, melting-state squeezing, tabletting, disintegrating and jevigating.
