Abstract:
    The invention discloses an antiseptic technique of II-typed zinc-chromium composite coating, which comprises the following steps: adopting zinc alloy yarn to do heat spraying; setting the density of chromate treatment liquid at 1-15%; allocating the paint of polyurethane coating with modified epoxy polyurethane resin, pigment, nanometer slurry, solvent and hardener; adopting high-pressure gas-free spraying technique to coat paint on the working piece; solidifying the coating under normal temperature or heating to solidify. The invention can improve the impaction-proof and collision-proof property with excellent non-corrodibility, which makes corrosion-proof time of neutral salt over 1500h.
