Abstract:

The rust preventing treatment process includes the steps of degreasing the part, soaking in clear water, spraying with clear water, naturally drying, nanometer technology treatment, blasting, stilling to level, roasting and packing. The nanometer technology treatment is to soak the part with 6020R liquid or spray 6020R liquid to the part so as to form fine antioxidant layer on the surface of the part, and the antioxidant layer is firm and durable and can prevent oxygen invasion and reach high antirust effect. The present invention has simple technological process, simple operation and low cost, and the product has long service life.
