Abstract:
     The invention discloses the producing method of the transitional layer of the compound among the metals of the Ti/apatite coating material. The pure titanium is polished, cleaned and added into the HC1 solution to dip. Then it is cleaned by the acetone, the ethanol and the removing ion water, finally, it is dried under the temperature 80 degree; the A1 powder, the ethanol and the algae acid sodium are put into pitch ball milling jar with the agate ball to milling bally, the gained material mix with the ethanol to produce the material slurry; the mixing material slurry gained by the method of the dipping and drawing is smeared evenly on the titanium base body to dry, the smeared titanium base body sample is put in the vacuum stove, then the stove is vacuum, then the v-TiA1 chemical layer among the mater can be gained by the sinter and the nature cooling to the room temperature. The invention adopts the dipping-smearing-sintering process to gain the v-TiA1 transitional layer among the outer layers of the Ti base/apatite, finally, the v-TiA1 transitional layer having the merits such as the close, the high thickness and the roughness and the good connection with the base body and the outer coat can be produced.
