Abstract:
     Surface painting device and spraying method for chip elements is disclosed. The device is one fluidizing bed with inside heater and the fluidizing bed container is provided with air outlet hole, paint nozzle introducing hole and compressed air inlet. The spraying method with the device includes the following steps: setting chip elements inside the container at 30-150 deg.c, opening the valve for compressed air to enter the container to float and disperse the elements, starting the spraying system for the nozzle to spray paint onto the surface of the chip elements, stoving the sprayed elements in floating state, shutting off the compressed air and taking out the product. The present invention has the features of high production efficiency, homogeneous sprayed layer, being suitable for different products with different shapes and sizes.
