Abstract:
     Surface painting device and coating method for chip elements is disclosed. The device consists of a carrying plate and fixtures and is used as the element substrate carrier. After great amount of element substrates are fixed in the fixtures, the element substrates are first soaked inside the coated slurry barrel for the slurry to coat the surfaces of the element substrates and then taken out and stoved, and the coated elements are finally separated from the fixtures. The present invention has the following steps of high production efficiency, homogeneous and compact coating, etc. and is suitable for surface coating of different electronic elements.
