Abstract:
    The present invention discloses a basket exchanger for cathode soakage in Al electrolysis tank with a structure as follows: the hoister is connected to the frame, the pulley is connected to the movable shelf and connected to the hoister via wire ropes, at the two ends of the movable shelf are idler wheels that contact with the rails on the columns of the frame, the oil cylinder on the movable shelf is connected to the cathode hook via trolley mechanisms of the cathode hook, the trolleys of the trolley mechanisms is on the rail board of the movable shelf. This invention is simple-structured and reliable and can effectively solve the exchanging problem of cathodes from the preheating basket to the high voltage soakage basket.
