Abstract:
     The related coating method for an insulator with a type of antipollution paint comprises: with a spraying machine (1), adjusting paint viscosity to 45-80s to inject into the paint slot in the machine; cleaning the insulator surface, horizontal clamping the insulator ends by a pair of rotary clamper (7) to rotate slowly and drive the insulator; starting the machine to spray on top of the insulator for 15-30s; closing (1), rotating (7) for 60-120s, starting (1) to spray for 10-20s; closing (1), rotating (7) for 90-150s, stopping; putting the insulator into clear environment for 8-12h at 35-45Deg. This invention has stable quality and little damage to people.
