Abstract:
    The present invention is UV veneer making process, and features that the finishing paint has liquid paraffin as the isolating agent in 0.1-0.15 wt% of the finishing paint added and the coated finishing paint is covered with Maila paper before entering to the UV machine. The present invention can eliminate bubble, impurity and faults on the surface of the plate completely before entering to the UV machine, and has relaxed environment and apparatus requirement for producing UV veneer, lowered production cost and high product quality.
