Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for producing aluminum foil used in hairdressing, wherein it comprises: slicing the PET film, coating thermosol to be composited with sliced aluminum foil; said thermosol is coated on the PET film that the liquid at 20-60MPa pressure, via the ejection gun at temperature 120-140Deg. C is coated on the PET film whose moving speed is 40-60m/min; the coated amount of thermosol is 20-50g/h. with said method, the thermosol can be quickly dried, while the producing speed can reach 40-60m/min, that the aluminum foil can be produced 70000m each day.
