Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for coating corrosion-resistant coat inside the heat emitter, and relative device. Wherein, said method comprises that pretreating the inner surface of heat emitter; drying it in dry room; then vacuuming the chamber of heat emitter; the liquid dope via passive pressure is absorbed into the chamber to be dispersed; then inversely charging gas into then chamber, to discharge abundant liquid dope via positive pressure outside the chamber. And the device comprises liquid discharge aerated valve, liquid inlet aerated valve and vacuuming electromagnetic valve connected to the gas pot and vacuum pot, while the liquid inlet-outlet tube has liquid level detector connected to the control system. The invention can completely coat the inner surface of heat emitter and improve the producing efficiency.
