Abstract:
    A painting system 1 is provided with a processing unit group 2, an indexer 3 and a multi-conveyor robot 4. The processing unit group 2 comprises an organic EL adhesive tape unit 26, an organic EL painting unit 24, and an organic EL baking unit 25. In the painting system 1, a second masking adhesive tape is pasted on the painting-prohibited area of the substrate by the organic EL adhesive tape unit 26, and organic EL liquid is applied to the painting area containing painting-prohibited area of the substrate by the organic EL painting unit 24 in the processing unit group 2. The second masking adhesive tape is removed by the fluidity material removing unit, namely organic EL adhesive tape unit 26, thereby a substrate in which the organic EL liquid is applied on the painting area only is easily to be obtained. Later, the substrate is put under a heating treatment by the organic EL baking unit 25 to have the organic EL liquid fixed on the substrate and the organic EL layer formed.
