Abstract:
    The new process of coating plastic part with conducting lacquer includes the following steps: 1. setting the lower molds on the fixing plate; 2. setting the plastic parts to be sprayed on the lower molds; 3. fixing the upper molds with fasteners to fix the plastic parts to be sprayed while exposing the parts; 4. spraying and stoving in a conducting lacquer spraying plant; and 5. separating the upper molds and the lower molds, taking out the sprayed plastic parts and cleaning to obtain the required plastic part with conducting lacquer. The process is simple, low in cost and high in efficiency.
