Abstract:
     The powerful ultrasonic atomization oil sprayer is suitable for use in atomizers of various diesel engines and heat engine systems using diesel oil as its fuel. The said oil sprayer consists of pressure-controlling part, spray-controlling part and powerful ultrasonic wave generator. The liquid fuel from high pressure oil pump is beamed at the blade side of flaky vibrator through the holes on beam plate, in order to produce a powerful ultrasonic vibration, thus causing the liquid fuel to be "atomized", and, at the same time, "activating" air molecules in the cylinder. The present invention has the advantages of perfect atomization, high quality of mixed gas, complete combustion, low consumption of efficient oil, good cold startability, reduced carbon deposit and air pollution etc.
