Abstract:
     This invention relates to the granulated fertilizer process. In the present pelletizer, as the conical rotary column has the spray jets uniformly distributed and fed upwards, there exist such problems as excessively high peak of spray density, uneven cooling of grains, high powder contents, grains often not solidified and adhered to the bottom as a result of intersection of spray lines. In this invention, a derivative lateral feeding structure is proposed in the spray cone to improve the spraying and , together with the provision thereof, an improvement of the spray jets on the cone wall is designed according to equi weight-density spraying, thus effecting optimum control of the pelletizing process. This invention can also be used for pelletizing of other products.
