Abstract:
     The invention is referred to a nozzle head of taper wide angle fludized atomized spray. This nozzle head consists of an internal barrel of hollow shafting flange formed on one end, a nozzle cover formed by the first part and second part, the nozzle cover of first part sealing on the barrel composed of one principal cavity and one or more secondary cavitys with small hole spray. The thickness of secondary cavity equals to the thickness of first part of nozzle cover, the principal and secondary cavitys are connected by a tangentical conduct pipe which the vortex effect is formed by injection fluid into the secondary cavity. Owing to the inner end of first part of nozzle cover is resisted directly by above flange, and the size of the pipe is greater than the diameter of small hole; therefor, the injection angle increases evidently and the spray effect also raises.
