Abstract:
    This invention relates to cleaning generation technique and its correlative special equipment field of catalytic cracking equipment out throwing oil slurry resourceful separating using. The feature is that it uses single stage or multiple stages minitype cyclone separator to separate out throwing oil slurry into rich catalyst phase and purification oil slurry phase at 70~3700C. The rich catalyst phase goes back to raising pipe of the equipment by pressure boosting or autogenous pressure, purification oil slurry is materials of down stream. Catalyst content of the oil slurry can be reduced from 18000mg/L to 200~2500mg/L. it can recover the catalyst powder carried by the oil slurry, and also can reduce the catalyst content of oil slurry, improve additional value of the oil slurry, it is fit for oil chemical industry.
