Abstract:
    A water-sealed hydro-cyclone for fine granule separation is disclosed. Said device comprises an inlet, a cylindrical section cyclone chamber, a cone section, a particles settling chamber, a center return pipe, a particles settling pipe, an overflow pipe, an underflow pipe, and a support board. The separation of particles and water is realized by using the function of centrifugal force. Since the structure adopts the support board, the center return pipe, and the particles settling pipe, the settling particles can interchange the matter with the upward return water; the operation with small underflow or without underflow can be realized to increase the separating efficiency of the granule by the hydro-cyclone.
